January 28,2010, general demonstration of interns, so i learned a lot because of this observation,first(1) you must know your subject matter and also the concept or the content of your lesson plan,second(2)give proper and correct directions for the board work or in any activities.third(3)don't look at the roof if you forgot something,forth(4)and also pronouncing a words,correct diction and you should smile to your students for them not to be afraid to you.

When I arrive in Panzol last January 26,2010, my cooperating teacher told to me and have a favor to assist the 2 student to their examination, so during the examination of my 2 students, one of the student can read already but slowly then the other one can read by too slowly than the other one and this students is confuse to read, because according to him when I ask him to read the question but he answer like this "baka po kasi mali,galitan niyo ako" so in that statement one idea that enter to my mind and that is he is afraid of something or someone that he don't want to happened again. And after the examination he looked at me but his eyes is something afraid.And I ask him why but he answer me "wala po yun." then he run out of the room.

That picture is the picture of the students in Grade 1 whom I assigned. As far as I know the numbers of students their is 40(+)plus. As what I have observed their when the teacher is already start the class discussion first the students are listening but suddenly when one pupil start not to listen most of him/her seatmates will not focus too because there have their own business but some of the students will cooperate.."Cooperation is always there"

"STRIVE HARD TO MAKE A NAME"

A quotation caught my attention in my room assignment, it is true that striving hard you can make your own name or just like to be known... But in striving hard you must study very hard just like what i have observe in one student in my room assignment her name is ILYSSA she's one of the intelligent in the class ,as what stated in quotation she is striving hard, she study very hard,and also she is helping her classmates to study one particular lesson,just like to help in reading in one paragraph in their vacant time. So to synthesize this, as my own explanation you must strive hard to make a name...study hard...do good things...help others.just like the picture ..
